Tori Spelling, 49, was hospitalized after having "trouble breathing", she revealed on Wednesday. The actress took to her story to share a now-deleted photo of herself sitting in what looked like a hospital bed while holding up a peace sign. She also added a post that responded to some people accusing her of pretending to be sick.
