A Tory donor's company that received £11m to deliver PPE is now receiving £4.5m to incinerate it.

Clipper Logistics was founded by Ferrari driver Steve Parkin, right, who has a jet and a helicopter.

He gave £730,000 to the Tories and remains a shareholder after selling Clipper.

Labour's Angela Rayner said: 'Ministers need to explain this.'

The arrangements have reignited allegations of contractual cronyism after it emerged Clipper founder Steve Parkin, 62, has handed over £730,000 to Tories since 2017.
