Tottenham star Richarlison faces RSPCA investigation after neighbors complain about dogs

Tottenham striker Richarlison is being investigated by the RSPCA after neighbors lodged a noise complaint about his dogs, reports say. The Brazil international has been reported to the animal welfare organization because his two pets allegedly made noise with howling and barking, causing a nuisance to his neighbours.

The 25-year-old had a difficult start to life in north London following his £60m move from Everton in July last year and is yet to score in the Premier League in 19 appearances this season, although he has registered two. Champions League goals.

The Brazilian striker has moved into his new pad in London after living on Merseyside, but his new neighbors were reportedly unhappy with his behavior or the noise of his dogs - and the RSPCA are now believed to be looking into a complaint noise.

According to one of his neighbors - an unnamed 75-year-old man - Richarlison's dogs "constantly bark" and howl to the point that it's "not pleasant to hear". The report adds that when approached, an RSPCA spokesperson said they could not discuss the complaints.

Richarlison owns two dogs, one of which is a chocolate Labrador and the other a Siberian husky named Acerola, with the attacker giving the pup his own Instagram account which has attracted over a thousand followers.

The unnamed 75-year-old neighbor also claimed, "He recently threw a big party with a live band that rocked our homes and it went on until 4am." And the neighbors have finally had enough after apparently filing a complaint with the RSPCA.

A Tottenham spokesperson said: "We are in contact with the player and his representatives."

It's the last hurdle in the road for Richarlison, who seems far from happy at Spurs since his big-money move.

Most recently, the forward launched a scathing attack on Antonio Conte during an interview last month while on international duty. Conte left last month after a disappointing campaign in which the Italian himself lashed out at the club's hierarchy.

And it looks like he's not in the good books of caretaker manager Cristian Stellini either, as Richarlison was left as an unused substitute in the 2-1 win over Brighton on Saturday.
