Toyota Aygo X UNDERCOVER unveiled

Toyota is launching a special edition of its Aygo, the Toyota Aygo X UNDERCOVER and the car was created in partnership with UNDERCOVER.

The new limited edition Toyota Aygo will be limited to just 5,000 cars, and will feature a number of improvements and design changes over the standard car.

The Aygo X UNDERCOVER was unveiled today alongside the UNDERCOVER Fall 2023 show at Paris Fashion Week. Only 5,000 copies of this special model will be marketed, with unique interior and exterior design details.

Design updates are inspired by Takahashi's creative philosophies of non-conformity and breaking stereotypes. They include a two-tone gray body color specially developed by Toyota and coral red accents around the cabin and on the 18-inch black alloy wheels. The UNDERCOVER influence can also be seen in the branded seats, monogram pattern floor mats and Takahashi's CHAOS/BALANCE keywords in the roof sticker design, which represents the rebel spirit and unique ideology of the brand.

Takahashi commented, "It was my first experience working on a car and Toyota being such a prestigious and innovative Japanese brand, it had a deep emotional meaning and meaning. Merging two elements, or worlds , contradictory is exciting to me. The materials and the way we provided the colors are completely different from the clothing collaborations. Cityscapes inspire colors that feel distinctively UNDERCOVER, blending into everyday life but challenging convention if you look below the surface. I believe we have a design that is still very UNDERCOVER while working in harmony with the city. I drive my own car every day and recognize the importance that color can have."< /p>
