A tattoo artist was found on a Turkish beach with a bullet to her head and wrote in a note before she died that she had been sexually abused by three men.

Illklima Naz Akboru, 20, was found lying motionless on the beach in Atakum district, Samsun province, northern Turkey, on the morning of October 15.

Emergency services were called by passers-by and paramedics arrived on the scene, finding she had been shot in the head.

A gun was located next to his body and was sent to his hometown in Almus district, Tokat province, after a post-mortem examination.
