Trump lashes out at Biden: I wouldn't have sat 'over there' at Queen's funeral 'if I was president'

Former US President Donald Trump slammed his successor Joe Biden on Monday for sitting "over there" at Queen Elizabeth II's funeral.

What happened: Trump, on his Truth Social platform, also claimed that he wouldn't have sat this far from the coffin if he was still president.

"This is what happened to America in just two years. No respect! However, a good time for our president to get acquainted with the leaders of some third countries world,” Trump wrote while pointing out Biden’s seat at the funeral, behind more than a dozen rows.

"If I was president, they wouldn't have sat me there - and our country would be very different than it is now!" he added.

He then shared another post saying, "In real estate, as in politics and in life, LOCATION IS EVERYTHING!!!"

On Monday, Britain held a grand state funeral for its longest-serving monarch, Queen Elizabeth II, who died on September 8. The funeral took place at historic Westminster Abbey in London with 2,000 attendees including US President Biden and around 500 other world leaders. The Bidens were seated 14 rows behind the leaders of Commonwealth countries and nations that continue to regard the monarch as the head of state.

Meanwhile, the UK has not invited Trump for the funeral, as Westminster Abbey has said only current heads of state and their partners will be offered seats to attend the funeral due to the limited number of places. .
