God of War: Ragnarök may have been the big winner at the Bafta Game Awards, but he didn't win the biggest prize of the night.
Instead, the series known for its hero's battles against giant monsters has lost the best game to a much smaller opponent - Vampire Survivors.
The survival game, with its retro 2D graphics and addictive gameplay, has become a great success since its release.
But its reward surprised many, including the people who created it.
If you watched the awards - either in person or via livestream on Twitch - you'll have heard a huge gasp when gaming reporter Aoife Wilson announced that Vampire Survivors had won.
"I was just thinking - you know it would be really cool if they said our name, but that's not gonna happen," says Mathew Gurunlian, of the Poncle development company.
