A vicious fight has been filmed at an Australian airport, apparently between two violent gangs as horrified fellow travelers look on.

The brutal scuffle took place at Ballina Airport in northern New South Wales, reportedly between two notorious Sydney crime families.

Freshly released footage shows the punch in the baggage claim area where the first two people begin to unravel before several more become involved in the mayhem that unfolded on February 6, 2021.

The battle is presumed to be members of the Hamzy and Alameddine gangs.

In the airport clip, Alameddine member John Ray Bayssari, 31, appears to be waiting for his luggage when he and rival Dagher Ghamrawi, 41, are said to spot each other.

The footage then shows the two punching each other as close families hastily try to get away.

At this point, other gang members get involved in the media alleging that Alameddine member Benjamin Barakat, 30, starts throwing punches before Ghassan Amoun joins the fray.< /p>

Amoun would be the brother of Bassam Hamzy - the founder of Brothers For Life.

Rodriguez Henriques, believed to be related to the Hamzy clan, was also reportedly involved in the fight.

The four split into two groups to continue fighting in the footage with Amoun still carrying a backpack.
