A woman accused of killing her ex-husband's parents by poisoning them with a toxic mushroom has lashed out at her ex-partner in messages discovered on social media, a 'friend' has revealed.< /p>

Erin Patterson, 48, cooked a Beef Wellington for her former in-laws Gail and Don Patterson, Gail's sister Heather Wilkinson, and her husband Ian, at her home in Gippsland, Australia, in late July. Gail, Don and Heather all died in the days following the meal while Ian remains critically ill in hospital.

Simon, Erin's ex-husband, was invited to the church mediated lunch, but did not attend. Australian police have opened a murder investigation into the deaths. Erin has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing and has not been charged with any crime.

Now it has been revealed that Erin has gone after her husband on social media, with the posts shared on an online true crime forum by staff claiming to be a former friend of the man 46 years old. In one post, Erin appears to take aim at Simon for not doing enough chores.
