A woman born with a rare disease has gone her whole life without a chin.

Sonia Gupta weighs only four stones and has more pronounced features on her face due to her condition.

The 20-year-old said she spent years in seclusion after being bullied for her looks.

But in recent years, she has taken to social media to share her story and now has over 28,000 followers on Instagram.

She regularly uploads videos of herself singing and dancing to music to inspire others.

Sonia, from Kolkata, West Bengal, India, said: "When my family showed me to the doctors, they suggested I have a facial operation.

"But my family can't afford it, so I haven't had the operation yet."

Sonia's state name is unknown.
