Delhi posted 211-4, their second score over 200 in as many games, set up by captain Meg Lanning's 70 from 42 balls.
Jess Jonassen then broke an undefeated 42 from 20 balls, backed by the 34 undefeated Jemimah Rodrigues.
In response, Tahlia McGrath smashed a stunning 90 off just 50 balls but Warriorz finished short of 169- 5.
Lanning and Shafali Verma posted an opening position of 67 in just 6.3 overs, with India opener Verma falling first for 17.
Lanning fell in the 12th but there was little relief for the Warriorz bowlers as England's Alice Capsey hit 21 from just 10 before Rodrigues and Jonassen continued to accelerate, including smashing 58 over the final four overs.
England spinner Sophie Ecclestone struck to eliminate Marizanne Kapp but cost a lot, conceding 41 runs from her four overs.
Jonassen continued his fine all-around performance by taking three wickets in pursuit of Warriorz, taking out both Alyssa Healy and Kiran Navgire in the fourth over.
McGrath provided an entertaining counterattack, hitting 11 fours and four sixes in his shot, but had struggling to find support, as Healy was second top scorer with 24.
Delhi are second in the table WPL behind Mumbai Indians, both with two wins from two games but separated by clean pace - and the two teams will face off next Thursday.
Warriorz, coached by England women's head coach Jon Lewis, is in third place after winning their opener against winless Gujarat Giants, and will look to bounce back against Royal Challengers Bangalore on Friday.
