Zachary Levi and James Gunn Kill DCU Redesign Rumors

The state of the DC Universe continues to evolve, with fans wondering which cast, if any, will return. One such actor, Zachary Levi, recently took to social media to assure fans that all is not as it seems.

In a recent tweet responding to a fan who feared Levi's role as Shazam was in jeopardy, Levi responded confidently. "I really wouldn't believe everything you see on the internet," said Levi, who said he was "gucci," potentially hinting that his Shazam status was okay.

James Gunn also took to Twitter to debunk the idea that everyone in the current DC Universe is gone. Responding to a fan asking who all would be recast, Gunn said the idea of ​​every actor being replaced is a "false theory", stating that they "are not recasting everyone but The Suicide Squad".

While much of the future of the DCU remains a mystery, Gunn recently announced that Cavill will step down as Superman and Gunn will write a new Superman movie.
