Zoë Kravitz is ready to discuss her romance with Channing Tatum. After mostly keeping a low profile about their relationship for the past year, she spoke to WSJ. Magazine on her collaboration with Tatum on her directorial debut, the upcoming thriller titled "Pussy Island".

When asked about her boyfriend, Kravitz replied, "Do I want to talk about it? I guess what I'm going to say is when you do things with people , it's a very sacred space, and when you're creatively compatible with someone it often opens up other channels, because you're sharing everything about yourself." She added, "I'm so grateful that this movie brought him into my life in this way."

In “Pussy Island,” Tatum plays tech mogul Slater King, who invites a waitress (played by Naomi Ackie) to his mysterious private island, where an unfortunate debauchery ensues. The role is quite the change for the "Magic Mike" star, and that's precisely why Kravitz chose to cast him. "I wanted to find someone who had never played a dark character before, because I think it's exciting to see someone who has mostly played the boy next door, a good guy, a lover, all that,” she said.

Plus, given that the film centers around men's treatment of women in lucrative industries, Kravitz knew he would bring the perfect perspective to the mix. "I felt, even from afar, before knowing him, that he was a feminist and that he was not afraid to explore this darkness, because he knows that he is not that", she said. "That's why I was attracted to him and wanted to meet him. And I was right."

Discussing his on-set style while filming "Pussy Island" in Mexico, Kravitz also hinted at his deep feelings for Tatum, even dropping the L-word. gave and an earring that Channing gave to me. I have a T-shirt from my dad," she said. "I wear a lot of things that remind me of the people I love, because it's comforting."

Kravitz and Tatum first sparked dating rumors last August when they were spotted biking through New York City together. They also attended the 2021 Met Gala together and were photographed holding hands on several other occasions. Earlier this year, Kravitz hinted at their romance by simply saying
