The Arizona man who was briefly detained in the Nancy Guthrie The investigation is fighting back against all the cops involved…insisting that it all seems like a “fishing expedition” to force him to confess to something he says he didn’t do.
In an interview on “True Crime Arizona” Monday, Luc Daley remembers the cops arresting him, handcuff him without explanation and detain him for hours… admitting that the increasing pressure on law enforcement to solve the case made him panic about being “framed.”

Luc insisted time and time again that although he lives close to Nancy, he never met her and had absolutely nothing to do with her disappearance… and wants his house to be safe like everyone else.
The Pima County Sheriff’s SWAT unit searched Daley’s home on the night of February 13.
Daley accuses investigators of pressuring him to say something incriminating… even though he says he had plenty of evidence proving he wasn’t involved.

Luke now has a lawyer… with his lawyer, Chris Scileppi, recently told TMZ he is adamant that his client has no connection to Nancy and denounces the rush to judgment which he says fuels “rampant, unfounded and insensitive speculation” against private citizens.
As you know, Nancy was last seen January 31 – and she still hasn’t been found.
