Courtney Stodden ignores bloody wounds, says abused animals are worse off

Courtney Stodden is shrugging off a bloody wound she suffered leaving a restaurant… telling TMZ it’s nothing compared to the pain abused animals endure.

We caught up with the media personality and model on Friday in Los Angeles and our photographer asked her about her bloody incident the night before.

Courtney says she was leaving a restaurant when she dropped her phone, bent down and clicked to pick it up, and slashed her head on the hostess stand… causing blood to flow from the wound.

She says she was rushing to an eyelash appointment for a PETA appearance the next day…and she took a detour to the emergency room to get stitches up.

It looked and sounded very painful…but Courtney says it’s a drop in the bucket compared to the abused animals she advocates for.
