Hearts of the Kingdom is a series full of mysteries and dense lore that only the biggest fans can fully understand or explain. A mobile game called Kingdom Hearts Missing Link was once rumored to be a key part of the ongoing Square Enix/Disney crossover, specifically have characters and events related to Kingdom Hearts IV. Although Square Enix canceled the game in 2025a video is circulating on the internet that a leaker claims was supposed to be part of an early cutscene for the game. If true, it could give an idea of what could happen Kingdom Hearts IVeven though fans are still trying to figure out exactly what they’re watching.
The alleged Missing link the cinematic was first published on 4chanand has since been shared on other social media via embeds and a Google Drive link. It shows a squad of astronaut-like keyblade wielders facing off against a giant Heartless. What we knew Missing link was that it would focus on the world of Scala ad Caelum, or the point of origin of all the worlds of Hearts of the Kingdom. After the pragmatic-Cosplayed keyblade wielders defeat the Heartless, the dark void around the battle disappears, revealing what appears to be Quadratum, a world based on real-life Japan. Fans speculate that the team we see here could have been soldiers from Scala ad Caelum, who were exploring Quadratum, which will be featured heavily in Kingdom Hearts IV.

Some fans who participated Missing linkThe beta says this doesn’t quite match anything they saw in the testing phase, so whether or not this is from an incomplete build Missing link cinematic or something else is unclear at the moment.
“It doesn’t look like anything at all. Missing linkSorry,” a writer writes. “THE M.L. the style was more steam punk. It wouldn’t surprise me if this was a key blade mod on something else or fan art.
Some have also raised the possibility that the video could be generated by AI, but this has also been disputed on 4chan and elsewhere. The leaker also posted other screenshots he claims to be from. Missing linkincluding images of what appears to be the braina character who played a leading role in some of the Hearts of the Kingdom mobile games who are now gone forever. Although the legitimacy of the video is up for debate, places like Hearts of the Kingdom subreddit removed and banned these leaks without prejudice.
