Anthony Joshua told how he can beat 'vulnerable' Tyson Fury by Deontay Wilder trainer

Anthony Joshua learned how he can beat Tyson Fury from Deontay Wilder's trainer, Malik Scott. AJ has accepted an offer from Fury to finally meet in the ring for the Battle of Britain, which is due to take place on December 3.

The news comes just weeks after Joshua lost a second straight fight to Oleksandr Usyk, going down by split decision after their fight in Saudi Arabia. Despite this, Scott thinks it's the perfect time for AJ to step into the ring with the Gypsy King, due to the latter's current "vulnerability".

He said : "A very difficult fight and when I say difficult I mean very difficult to decide who I think will win. And most people will say, well, how is it? difficult? Fury is on fire. He smoked everyone.

"Yeah, but he's also more vulnerable than he's ever been. Fury also gives you the opportunity to hit him more than he ever has, and in the heavyweight division , I just can't have complete trust in someone giving you the opportunity to punch them, I just can't do that.

"He said it himself, he's very vulnerable. He's very vulnerable as a fighter. But that's also what makes him exciting." Scott was in the corner with Wilder when the Bronze Bomber lost to Fury in the third fight of their trilogy last October.

After seeing the Gypsy King fight up close and personal, the trainer has revealed how he thinks Joshua can come out on top on fight night in Cardiff. Scott added: "I really can't say [who wins]. I can't say because if you leave the last fight, stylistically Fury and Usyk have a different style. I can tell you who I would give Momentum. Gotta give Tyson Fury some momentum. That's right.

"Now, if AJ is smart enough and willing to get physical enough, he could throw a wrench in there, if he's willing to attack Tyson Fury's flaws; fundamental flaws, positioning floors hands, vulnerable flaws - where he takes his opponent for granted - then AJ could cause trouble. Tyson Fury is a very smart and arrogant fighter. He pours his arrogance on guys, often beats guys mentally.

"If you don't fall for the trap and stick to your game plan and are willing to get through it the right way, not just emotionally, but the right way. So I think you might get him in trouble. The right way to deal with him is to attack his mistakes."
