Bayern Munich go after de Jong

According to a recent report from Mundo Deportivo, Bayern Munich are ready to push to sign Frenkie de Jong.

The 25-year-old Dutchman has been at the center of great speculation during the summer transfer window. Although there has been no confirmation regarding his immediate future and what he wants to do next, it definitely looks like staying at Camp Nou won't be feasible given what the club wants.

Manchester United have been heavily linked with de Jong throughout the summer, but it doesn't look like they'll come any closer to signing him.

Now Bayern are starting to enter the conversation, and they are doing so with the intention of really getting after this signing and making things happen in the coming days and weeks.

The German giants have been looking great so far this season and with de Jong they could be genuine Champions League favourites.
