Ciara pops Russell Wilson's pimples while vacationing in Italy

Ciara has Russell Wilson's back - and also, clearly, her face - because while the two were vacationing in Italy this week... she popped some of the pimples on the Hollywood star's cheeks. NFL!

The 'Level Up' singer hit town with her hubby's mug on a boat on Lake Como on Tuesday after the Denver Broncos quarterback was seen getting complain about a pimple.

At first, Russ was looking to handle the situation himself...but seconds later, Ciara was spotted jumping in for him.

It's unclear if she's pulled the goods from the pores - but it's clear that even with the possibility of a few blemishes on her face, Russ is still looking great heading into her 11th season in the NFL.

The 33-year-old, wearing a red swimsuit and sunglasses, looked crazy... with his pecs, biceps and abs on full display as he stood topless near the water.

Ciara, meanwhile, also stunned in a pair of swimsuits.

The two have been across the pond for a few days now - they were spotted at Wimbledon late last week - and seem to be enjoying every moment of Russ' final days of the offseason. .. even though they I'm mired in a few small bouts of acne.
