Donald Trump Outtakes January 6 Exposes True Feelings About Insurgency

Donald Trump was unmasked Thursday night in the very building where he fanned the flames of the insurgency...and the suppression of his address to the nation on January 7 makes it clear: the only thing he cared about was to spread the lie that he won the election.

The release is both shocking and, frankly, comical. When he gets to the part where he talks about rioters breaking the law, he stops and exclaims, "I can't say that!" There's another part where he's supposed to say the election is over, but he won't say the words.

The January 6 Committee was clear... Trump only gave the speech because there had been a movement both in the White House and in Congress to get him out of the president's office, either by the 25th Amendment or by impeachment.

There is part of the excerpt from the "Mary Tyler Moore Show" with Ted Baxter. Trump talks about what happened the day before and after missing the word "Yesterday", he says, "Yesterday is a hard word for me."

In another sequence, shot on January 6, where Trump is supposed to quell the violence by calling out the insurgents, he begins with his grievances over the election results and ends with them as well.

Rep. Adam Kinzinger made enthusiastic and impassioned remarks about Donald Trump and the impact of what he did on American democracy. Definitely worth watching.

Something else that came to light...when Trump...
