Ukrainian soldiers wave flags as Russians retreat from Kherson

Victorious Ukrainian troops proudly hoist the national flag in the recently liberated village of Blahodatne after successfully counterattacking the Russians.

Footage appears as Vladimir Putin begins his country's withdrawal from the southern Kherson region, crossing the Dnieper.

A clip shows a Ukrainian soldier carrying a flag and raising it in the settlement as civilians celebrate the arrival of the liberators, hugging the soldiers and shouting "Slava Ukraini!", which translates to "Glory to Ukraine!"

The footage was obtained from the 59th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces earlier today.
