Heiress who 'had sex with a boy' pleads for her release from prison because 'she's losing millions'

A wealthy multi-millionaire boss accused of having sex with a 14-year-old boy has begged to be released from jail because 'she's losing millions'.

Savannah Daisley, 45, was charged with four counts of aggravated sex with a teenager in June.

The health contractor is alleged to have had illegal sex with the 14-year-old on four occasions in May 2021.

It has been reported that she told the boy she is accused of having sex with that their conversation should be "locked up in a chest and thrown into the depths of the ocean".

Ms Daisley has been in custody since being arrested by the Child Abuse Unit just before 11am on June 27 and appeared at Downing Center Local Court in Sydney today, in Australia.

Her lawyer fought for her release on bail, saying her mental health was "deteriorating" in custody and offered up to £83,000 bail.

Ms Daisley, daughter of famed horse breeder Ross Daisley, was intoxicated at the time of the alleged offence, the court heard.

Prosecutor McKinnon reportedly told the court that it was not a "spontaneous act" and that Ms Daisley made "certain revelations" about "feelings" before it happened.

She begged to be released on bail from the infamous Silverwater Women's Maximum Security Prison, located about 20km from her sprawling seaside mansion.

The court also heard that Ms Daisley's mother suffered from ovarian cancer and that further jail time would be a 'significant financial deterrent' to her wellbeing business, as well as an additional impact on his mental health.

And if she were to remain in jail, the company would end up losing "millions of dollars" or going bankrupt, the court heard.

"She is the only one who can work on her new products and her rebranding, $300,000 will be lost immediately," said her lawyer Gabrielle Bashir.

"All their livelihood and savings would be lost if Smart Cleanse did not continue to trade, the family leads a very modest life."
