Nestled at the end of an impressive and grand tree-lined courtyard in prestigious St James's London Park, stands the historic St Ermin's Hotel.

The stunning Grade II listed red brick Victorian building stands either side of us so as we walk along the main entrance, which is lined with lush green grass and pretty multi-hued flowers.

First impressions: this is delicious. And that's before we even set foot inside.
