Marathon runner claims Tory Chris Pincher touched his bum while posing for a photo

Charity fundraiser accused Chris Pincher of smelling his butt - as they posed for a photo.

Mark Dabbs, 49, said he met the MP as a constituent of Tamworth as part of a fundraising project for a local hospital.

The hospital nurse, who has a girlfriend, told the Mirror that Mr Pincher was 'touching me and suggesting a few things as an aside' when they met.

"And when we came out and did a picture, he ran his hand over my butt," he added.

The avid marathon runner claimed the incident happened on July 26, 2018 outside the Conservative Association in Tamworth, Staffordshire.

Mr. Pincher is said to vehemently deny the allegations and the Mirror has contacted him for further comment.

This is one of many allegations about the MP that have emerged over the weekend, many of which have been denied through his lawyers.

Mr. Pincher resigned as deputy chief whip on Thursday after being accused of groping two men at the Carlton Club, a Tory watering hole.

The MP lost the Conservative Whip following a complaint about last Wednesday's incident involving Parliament's independent grievance system.

The Sun and the Mirror have both contacted Mr Pincher and his lawyers to comment on Mr Dabbs' claims, but there has been no response at the time of writing.

Mr. Dabbs told The Sun: "I said I was a runner. And in the blink of an eye he was like, 'Oh, that's why you're so skinny.

"Then, with a twinkle in his eye, he said, 'I bet you have stamina.

"Then he said, 'I bet you have strong legs' before he started feeling my upper thighs.

"He said I was very muscular. I thought it was all very strange.

“He gave me a look and made it very clear that he liked me. He was very suggestive. It was despicable. this way."
