Netflix has released an official trailer for a documentary film titled The Anthrax Attacks , from filmmaker Dan Krauss investigate what really happened and the implications. Most Americans will remember this because it was big news - just a week after the 9/11 terrorist attacks, letters containing deadly anthrax spores were sent to Democratic offices in Washington DC and to the offices of media in New York. This chilling biological weapon reignited panic and tragedy in the United States, just at a time when everyone was already deeply affected by the 9/11 attacks. This film examines all about the anthrax attacks, allegedly carried out by a scientist at the government biodefense labs at Fort Detrick. It also follows up on the subsequent FBI investigation and features recreations featuring Clark Gregg. Dr Bruce Ivins, who committed suicide before he could be brought to justice. Scary stuff.

The Anthrax Attacks tells the story of the 2001 anthrax attacks in the United States and one of the largest and most complex FBI investigations in law enforcement history . Five Americans were killed and at least 17 fell ill in what became one of the worst biological attacks in US history, which followed a week after the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Set across America and beyond, it's an incredible science story of deadly poison, obsession, and paranoia, all told against the backdrop of the War on Terror. Using a combination of interviews and scripted re-enactments based on emails + FBI field notes, the feature-length documentary also shares shocking and heartbreaking stories from investigators, survivors and the families of those who were infected. . The Anthrax Attacks em> is directed by American filmmaker Dan Krauss, director of the documentary films The Kill Team and 5B before, as well as feature film The Kill Team and some shorts. Produced by Sweta Vohra + BBC Studios. Netflix starts streaming The Anthrax Attacks on September 8, 2022.
