Arnold Schwarzenegger may be the most expensive personal trainer in the country because on Sunday he put together 2 teams that each invested $150,000...all for an amazing cause.

Arnold was at Gold's Gym in Venice, which he made world famous, and won a charity auction at his home on Saturday night.

Morris Flancbaum of Florida and his family bet $150,000 to get a good pump under Arnold's tutelage. Morris and his sons received advice from The Terminator as a crowd formed to watch. Another winner of the $150,000 auction was also there, getting fit with Arnold.

The charity -- After-School All-Stars -- is fantastic. Arnold created it 30 years ago for the benefit of schoolchildren across the country. It provides after-school programs and exercises for 100,000 children in 60 cities.

This time around, people donated $5.2 million, including $1.75 million from the auction. Along with a workout, Arnold auctioned off clothes, humidors, artwork, and a ride in his chariot!!!

Guests paid $50,000 per person to attend the event. Sylvester Stallone, Danny DeVito, and Dolph Lundgren, along with co-stars from Arnold's new Netflix show, "FUBAR," all took part.

And that part is amazing...just charity...
