DJ Khaled and Quality Control CEO Pierre "Pee" Thomas are among hip-hop's most respected and highest-paid moguls, but even they have no shame in jumping on the hip-hop craze. Mega Millions.
Tonight's draw is $1.28 billion and if anyone has a winning ticket, it will easily change their life in an instant.
Perhaps Khaled sees this raffle as a great opportunity to promote his upcoming album, 'God Did'. He posted a video shouting... "They didn't believe in us -- God did" as he held up stacks of Mega Millions tickets.
He previously relied on Drake, Lil Baby and Jay-Z to promote his album. We believe lotto tickets should be at least as effective as them.
Khaled's post certainly gets Pee's approval - the QC caller was busy Friday defending his own purchase of a bunch of $2 MM tickets.
Khaled is a regular on Forbes' "Hip Hop Cash Kings" list and Pee is making open offers for 300 entertainment...so neither of them needs the extra income.< /p>
Still, it's damn hard to pass a billion dollar bet!
