The Shark Tank star took his staff shopping this week, first at Saks Fifth Avenue, then at Tiffany & Co.

"Show my team how much I appreciate them!" Corcoran captioned the Instagram post.

"I'm leaving my office today, and our first stop is Saks!" said Corcoran.

In the video, Corcoran says its employees can choose any shoe they want. "I hope it's expensive!" she added.

Commentators praised Santa Corcoran and wished their bosses would do the same.
