Kevin Jonas Talks About Helping His Daughters Navigate If Other Kids Are "Friends For The Right Reason"

“The band broke up, and then we had our first daughter, Alena,” he explains. "So I never knew if she would know that side of her father, but now it's a constant tug of war with our times because our girls have things here. They have their school, they have their passions, they have their friends and I have to go on tour. I have to go to concerts."

"We always try to be together as much as possible, especially during a tour."

Balancing it all and "finding time together" requires always open lines of communication with his partner Danielle, he jokes, "You should see our family calendar. It's crazy." Elaborates Kevin, "I think communication is key. That Danielle and I work really hard to spend as much time with the kids and decide when to bring them or not. And we always try to be together as much as possible, especially on tour. It doesn't always work that way because the kids have to be in school. But we do the best we can."
