The Lagos State Government conducted an induction ceremony/specialized training for 8,650 newly employed and newly deployed senior officers in the state civil service.

Declaring open Monday the induction ceremony at the Lagos State Civil Service Personnel Development Centre, Magodo, the Head of Service, Mr. Hakeem Muri-Okunola, noted that the ceremony also doubles as a specialized induction course. newly employed civil servants at level seven and above on the fundamentals of state civil service.

Represented by Civil Service Bureau Permanent Secretary Olasunkanmi Oyegbola, Muri-Okunola urged the new inductees to build on the already well-established structure of the state civil service "which is a pioneer in the country and sub-Saharan Africa. »

He emphasized the key areas of service with the acronym "KSA", which he says stands for "Knowledge, Skills and Attitude", saying that attitude is paramount among the three. "It determines the altitude of someone on duty."
