MDCAN charges Makinde on the health sector

The Medical and Dental Consultant Association of Nigeria (MDCAN), LAUTECH Teaching Hospital, Ogbomoso branch has instructed Governor of Oyo, Seyi Makinde to focus more on the health sector to further reduce the mortality rate , as well as making it more accessible to the general public.

This is contained in a congratulatory message jointly signed by its President, Dr. Ayobami Alabi and its Secretary, Dr. Taiwo Alatishe.

The association in the message made available to journalists congratulated Makinde for the giant strides made in various sectors, including health during his first term.

He expressed confidence that Makinde's second term will usher in more achievements in the various sectors among which health will be a high priority.

“Omituntun 1.0 has made leaps and bounds in different sectors including the healthcare industry, especially LAUTECH University Hospital. We are confident that Omituntun 2.0 will usher in more,” he said .

MDCAN said his resounding victory at the polls reflects the wishes of the good people of Oyo State.

He congratulated Makinde on his re-election and wished him more success as he continued his high office as state governor.

The association has assured the governor of its full support as he takes the state to the next level.
