Designers who took part in the project also took part in the festivities, including Connor McKnight.

McKnight said of the partnership, "I've looked up to the guys for a long time and recognize the community they've built around fashion and lifestyle. Tonight is important because it's a new partnership with a new store. Mr. Porter is one of the most trusted retailers in the industry and it's exciting."

In addition to McKnight, David Lê from Maiden Name, Hayato Arai from Hayato Today, Agyesh Madan from Stòffa and Tory Van Thompson were some of the other designers who participated in the project and attended the event.

“This was one of the first big events I attended to publicize COVID-19,” said James Garcia, Senior Director of Footwear, Special Projects and Collaborations at Kith. "There's energy in the city and such a nice mix of people."

Schlossman and Harris first met at BPMW in the early 2010s, but began their show hosting careers in the mid-2010s on Complex with their show Fashion Bros and on podcast with "Failing Upwards". They later started "Throwing Fits" and where they discuss men's clothing, everyday topics, and random thoughts.

Before teaming up with Mr. Porter, they partnered in collaborations with Drake's, Diemme, and Blackstock & Weber.
