Three dead in a road accident in Ondo
As many as three people were killed in a fatal road accident on the Akure-Owo highway on Sunday morning in Akure, the capital of Ondo State.
In the accident, which involved a Toyota Sienna bus and an 18-passenger bus, it was determined that 12 people were also injured.
The sector commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps, Mr. Ezekiel SonAllah, confirmed the incident. He said the crash was caused by wrongful overtaking and a speed violation by the drivers involved.
