2023 Women's World Cup ticketing moves to second sales window

November 1 - After a short VISA presale window for tickets to the 2023 Women's World Cup, FIFA has now opened the sales window to all fans.

FIFA said fans from 100 countries bought tickets in the opening window, but did not say how many tickets were sold.

Fans from host countries Australia and New Zealand top ticket sales, USA, England, China, Canada, Qatar, Germany, India Ireland and France making up the top 10 buyers.

FIFA Secretary General Fatma Samoura said: "We are seeing strong demand for many matches, so I urge everyone to get involved quickly during this new sales phase. Join us in writing history in Australia and Aotearoa, New Zealand adding to the crowd, culture and color of the greatest FIFA Women's World Cup ever."

Ticket prices start at AUD/NZD 20 for adults and AUD/NZD 10 for children, with passes available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The current phase of ticket sales will remain open until March 3, 2023. A final phase of ticket sales will open in April 2023. WWC2023 will start on July 20, 2023 and will feature 32 teams for the first time. Nine host cities will host the 64 matches which kick off at Eden Park in Auckland, New Zealand.

There are still three nations to qualify for a qualifying tournament to be held in New Zealand in February 2023.
