Two women and a toddler were found dead Saturday evening in a home in Jackson, Mississippi, according to the Jackson Police Department.
Officers responded to a call around 10:10 p.m. reporting a serious assault in the 300 block of Queen Alexandria Lane, Chief RaShall Brackney said during a press briefing.
“We have three: a triple homicide here, two young women in their 20s and a toddler,” Brackney said, adding that all three victims “suffered from multiple gunshot wounds.”
The victims have not been identified, pending notification of next of kin.
The suspect remains at large and is considered “armed and dangerous,” Brackney said. Police are looking for a red 2020 Mitsubishi Mirage with registration HSI 205.
