Mr. Barclay, who was nominated by Boris Johnson last month, looked uncomfortable as the woman heckled him about the healthcare crisis.

She expressed fury at the lives lost as people face long delays for paramedics in the emergency room - with elderly patients facing 14 hour waits in parts of the UK.

She said, "Don't you think 12 years is long enough...You've done it all, people died and everything you've done is nothing."

Mr. Barclay was filmed squirming as the woman clarified her point before walking away, leaving him dumbfounded.
