Jason Momoa's Motorcycle Crash Video Shows Aftermath

Jason Momoa was involved in a scary car accident with a motorcycle this weekend -- but thankfully everyone is fine and no one is to blame... TMZ has learned.

Law sources tell TMZ that the 'Aquaman' star was traveling Sunday on Old Topanga Canyon Road near the Calabasas area - when at some point during his ride, a biker traveling in the opposite direction took contact with him go around a curve.

We're told the motorcyclist crossed Jason's lane during this turn, then hit the left front of his Oldsmobile muscle car...and flew off a bit, albeit briefly.

The pilot, fortunately, was able to land on his feet -- this according to our sources -- but not before bouncing off JM's windshield and clearing the hood of his car to find himself on the other side side. As we said, the motorcyclist apparently found himself on his feet after the collision.

The rider was taken to hospital with minor injuries, including bruising to his leg and a thumb injury, but beyond that... he appeared to be fine. Jason is fine too...cops were on the scene taking reports, but nothing else came of the accident.
