Draymond Green 'Not sure' Poole relationship will be fixed, 'Not mine'

Golden State Warriors

Draymond Green says he'll be able to co-exist with Jordan Poole and compete for a championship together...but when it comes to being friends again, he's "not sure" that will happen.

Green spoke to the media for the first time since joining the Warriors on Thursday...and made it clear he was ready to put last week's practice altercation behind him and to focus on the season.

Draymond says he spent time with his kids while he was away from the team...and had "long days" dealing with the aftermath of training.

When it comes to mending his once close personal relationship with Poole, Green says the ball is in his court...and he certainly doesn't look like he's holding his breath.

"I'm not sure," Green added. "As I said before, it's not up to me. I don't think there's much relevance either."

"Quite frankly, we both know how to play basketball and that's the most important thing for us. We get paid to do a job and we're going to come and do that job to the best of our abilities. We want to keep winning so we're going to do what we have to do to win."
