Law enforcement searches Sean “Diddy” Combs’ properties

Properties linked to rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs were raided Monday by federal agents.

The Department of Homeland Security said it continued "law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation" in New York, Los Angeles and Miami.

Two properties were searched in Los Angeles and Miami as part of the investigation.

Officials did not specify the reasons for the searches or whether they were related to Mr. Combs.

Representatives for the hip-hop mogul did not respond to BBC requests for comment on Monday.

Several recent lawsuits have accused Mr. Combs of sexual misconduct. His lawyers have previously denied all allegations against him in the lawsuit.

On Monday, Homeland Security Investigations agents were conducting their operations at the mansion of 17,000 square feet. where Mr. Combs announced the release of his latest album last September.

The house address is associated with the production company Bad Boy Films of Mr. Combs. Located in the wealthy Holmby Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, the neighborhood is home to many celebrities and the Playboy mansion.
