My bleeding gums
I have noticed that my gums usually bleed when I brush my teeth. I initially switched toothbrushes thinking that was the cause of the problem. Unfortunately, the bleeding continued. Please help me.

Bleeding gums are most often caused by harmful plaque (and the millions of bacteria it contains) that sits at or around the gum line and develops gingivitis. Gingivitis, a mild form of gum disease, may require treatment and better oral hygiene to help clear it up. A visit to your dentist is important to rule out any other underlying issues.
