Rishi Sunak entered Number 10 promising "integrity" and promising to fix 30 years of "broken" politics, but in the months since he has been engulfed in a plethora of gaffes, missteps and downright offensive behavior.

These disconcerting encounters have left voters and a significant number of Conservative backbenchers wondering whether the Britain's multimillionaire prime minister is not out of touch with ordinary people.

A Goldman Sachs alumnus and husband of the daughter of "India's Steve Jobs", Mr Sunak entered politics for first time as MP for Richmond, North Yorkshire, after the 2015 general election.

He then moved to the Treasury while Boris Johnson served as Prime Minister, before later entering in Downing Street after the disastrous short tenure of Liz Truss.
