Tiger Woods' ex-girlfriend wants NDA overturned, cites sexual assault and harassment law

Tiger Woods' last girlfriend of about 6 years is suing the golf legend over an NDA she claims he made her sign...and she cites a law that bans NDAs when he there is evidence of sexual assault or harassment.

Erica Herman has filed legal documents, obtained by TMZ, that clearly spell out her grievances...namely, she alleges that TW made her sign an NDA early in their relationship — circa August 2017, she claims — which, she now says, is wrongfully imposed on her.

In the paperwork, Herman says a private trust Tiger manages is trying to force her to keep quiet about their relationship by aggressively enforcing the NDA she signed.

She argues in her legal documents that the NDA should be declared unenforceable under the federal Speak Out Act, which prohibits the enforceability of an agreed upon NDA before a dispute arises regarding sexual assault or harassment.

From what it seems... she and Tiger are no longer together, but she doesn't specify when they broke up. Publicly, there is no sign of separation -- although we haven't actually seen Herman and Tiger together in a while now, even on his last golf outing a few weeks ago.
