Zach Bryan said 'these fucking cops are out of control' during arrest

Zach Bryan wasn't too happy with the police officer who stopped his security guard for speeding, launched a verbal attack and threatened to implicate government officials after he was handcuffed.

The police report, obtained by TMZ, explains that Bryan's security guard was initially arrested in Vinita, Oklahoma for driving a 78 in a 55. That's when Bryan, at driver of a black Ram TRX pickup truck also stopped, got out of his vehicle. and began questioning the officer about what was taking so long.

Cops say they asked Bryan twice to get back in his truck, informing him he would be taken to jail if he didn't comply... to which Bryan responded, "I will in prison, let's do it." ."

The report says the officer continued to explain to Bryan how his actions interfered with the initial traffic stop, and Bryan said his arrest was "the reason people don't like police officers."

Things only got worse from there, Bryan demanded to be released from the handcuffs and promised he would get back in his truck while declaring, "If you don't , that will be a mistake, sir. promise." Adding: "This is the second time this has happened in 3 days. These fucking cops are out of control."

Bryan hadn't finished yet, he reportedly said, "You boys need to be controlled, a bunch of fucking middle-aged white guys arresting people."

The arresting officer informed Bryan that he would not remove the handcuffs and had spoken with the assistant district attorney who said the arrest was legitimate. That's when cops say Bryan was somewhat apologetic, while...
