Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has claimed that Russia is beginning to prepare its citizens for the possibility of the use of nuclear weapons in the war against his country.

On Friday, Zelensky said, "They're starting to prepare their society. It's very dangerous."

He then went on to say that Russian President Vladimir Putin was not yet ready to use nuclear weapons, but was skeptical whether or not they would.

The Ukrainian President went on to say, "They're not ready to do it, to use it. But they're starting to communicate. They don't know whether they're going to use it or not. I think it's It's even dangerous to talk about it."
